I only used Smithfield Boston Butts to make my Carolina Style Pulled Pork bbq. I also make my own Bbq Sauce and my Bbq is Pulled not short. Yes it takes a long time to Smoke but worth every hour put into it. Low and Slow as we Pitmaster say.
